This material has high chemical resistance. It has a low density. Low coefficient of friction, slippery material. Water or moisture absorption tens are close to zero. It is also weldable material. It is softer and a less rigid material compared to Poliporilene and PVC. Molecular weight is the feature that characterizes Polythene. Molecular weight can be grouped into 3 categories such as Low molecular weight, high molecular weight and ultra high molecular weight. Particularly, it has a very high abrasion resistance. It provides excellent resistance while metal friction.
AREAS OF USE:
Conveyor systems, ducts, food industry, cement and lime systems, filter system of acid pumps.
It is available in plate and bar.
